Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Outback Adventure Supplies operates using a combination of in-house dispatch and third-party fulfilment warehouses across Australia to ensure fast and efficient delivery.

Shipping Methods

We use a range of trusted national carriers and fulfilment partners, including but not limited to:

  • Australia Post

  • Aramex

  • StarTrack

  • Allied Express

  • CouriersPlease

  • TNT/FedEx

  • Third-party dropship warehouses (e.g., Dropshipzone distribution partners)

The carrier selected depends on product type, weight, and destination to provide the best available delivery timeframe.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery within 3–8 business days for most metro and regional areas.
Remote locations may take longer. Delivery times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, or public holidays).

Tracking and Delivery

All orders include tracking information, provided automatically by email once your parcel is dispatched.
Tracking links can be used to monitor the status and delivery progress directly through the carrier’s website.

Delivery methods may include:

  • Direct delivery to the customer’s address

  • Authority to leave (ATL) at the customer’s nominated location

  • Collection from a parcel locker or post shop, which requires photo ID or a unique collection code

  • Signature on delivery for higher-value items

Once a parcel is scanned as Delivered or Collected by the carrier, the order is considered complete and fulfilled.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned, reshipping fees may apply.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel:

  1. Check with other household members or neighbours.

  2. Contact your local Post Office or collection point.

  3. Notify us at orders@outbackadventuresupplies.com.au within 7 days of the delivery scan.

We will open an investigation with the carrier if necessary.

Proof of Delivery

For quality assurance and dispute purposes, Outback Adventure Supplies retains electronic proof of delivery from carriers — including delivery scans, photos, and signatures — confirming completion of service.
This documentation is used to verify that goods were delivered or collected successfully.
