Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Products that are received faulty, damaged, or not as described are eligible for a return, refund, or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Delivery Timeframe
Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact date of arrival, and the delivery timeframes (excluding weekends and public holidays) are as follows:
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Some products may ship directly from the supplier. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Our shipping rates are dependent on the product weight and location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
