If you spend a lot of time on the road camping or you have adopted a nomadic lifestyle, you will be aware of how important it is to have access to facilities to wash and dry your laundry. Note: COM (change of mind) Return Policy: The product must be unopened and in brand new condition, with the return to be organised by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping). An additional return charge, which is same cost as that of initial shipping, will be deducted from the refund on returns due to delivery failure caused by customer error. For the health and safety of our staff and other customers, we are unable to accept returns of personal use items.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Some products may ship directly from the supplier. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Our shipping rates are dependent on the product weight and location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [insert contact email] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will evaluate the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
