Products that are received faulty, damaged, or not as described are eligible for a return, refund, or replacement by Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We are committed to ensuring that all products meet the standards of quality and reliability expected by our customers. However, please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for Changes of Mind (COM). We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.
Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. The estimated delivery timeframes exclude weekends, public holidays, and any potential delays caused by local shipping carriers due to network congestion, natural disasters (such as floods or bushfires), or other unforeseen circumstances.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Some products may ship directly from the supplier. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Our shipping rates are dependent on the product weight and location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
